Full understanding of the sport? -ultra endurance -right now in a transition phase - seated position -lateral flexion and extension - Isometric hip flexion and extension -snatch grip - high speeds Mid/rear delts -Standard- suitcase carries/wall sit/Adduction squeeze Isometric Accurate Assessment -frequently strength trains - pre/rehab- hip flexion/ extension based mobility for kyphosis/back mobility -High Threshold- trap bar dead lifts/seated cable rows/belt squats/db side lunge - Low Threshold- forearm blaster/rower/mobility routine Amrap as many reps as possible
