Have you ever been to a restaurant and scrolled through the menu wondering what you should get to eat?
If you're like me , you've looked at a menu and thought you could order everything on the menu because it looks so good. This also leads to temptation and indecision.
My indecisiveness delayed my food coming to me any quicker because I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat.
The issue I see a lot when working with clients, is the exact situation I just described.
They get home from a long day, and dinner was a complete after thought, and now they're wondering what to eat and usually have a time constraint.
Most clients resort to frozen or convenient fast food. It's not horrible to indulge in fast food or frozen food when its planned, but an everyday occurrence is a big red flag.
How can we help you make better decisions and make those everyday occurrences more sporadic?
We created a food template for you. These food templates are yours to adjust however you want to fit you palate, and eating preferences.
These templates give you an outline from day to day that help you feel more prepared and confident in making meals even when life is busy.
I designed these days with fun names and goals. The goal is to look at the day, and use the theme to plug and play a dish.
Below are the 14 templates so you have a better understanding how to be more decisive in what to eat.
